This frame is in great condition with only normal wear that you would find with a frame this old.
Some small scratches and nicks and some cable rub.

The frame measures:
Center to center top tube-23"
Center to center seat tube-19.5"

Wow! It's not very often you see a 30 year old frame in that good condition!!
