Cryptic... Normandy?

Plouha is in Brittany, not Normandy.

Well, I read it as his shop was in Normandy when this was built.

You are all philistines anyway. No taste whatsoever, not a bit, especially with those socks, and that jumper - jeez!

Mon dieu! Le manivelle boulons! Le Chaussures de frein!

Qu'attendez-vous d'une victime française de la mode!

Re:

Re-visited this last night.

Its light!

despite its large frame size, its lighter than the recent and smaller Raleigh Competition.

I've had to pull the Spidel/ Mavic wheels and fitted some Campagnolo Record/ Mavic instead. Unfortunately the only freewheel to hand is a 19-14 straight through

It is a quality frame and I think it deserves some nicer kit

Pics later

Re:

Its fortunate for England that there are still "gentlemen of good taste" on the island

daniel Salmon is a very good framemaker whose bicycles are much more worthy of interest than most "raleighs"

Thank you "LeGrandeFromage", even if you are a bit "preaching in the desert" so its seems !
