1949? Norman

Hi all, this is my Norman, which has a 1949 3 speed hub, laced to Raleigh westrick rims and Raleigh spokes.
I'm guessing the frame is of the same age but can't be sure?
It came with non original 2 speed cranks.
If anyone would know anything about these bikes, it'd be much appreciated to hear about them.
Bargain at £20 I'd say because of the wheels alone.
