Wanted 15 inch frame or similar.

Loosely looking for something for my OH!
I've seen a few temptations old and new very cheaply but wondering what's out there.
Criteria is:
*15 inch hardtail frame (or 14 long) or 16 maybe.
* Suspension corrected for 60- 100mm
* Tidy condition
* Top tube length 21.5 or a bit longer.

* Cromo would be nice but Alu is an option.
* 26 inch wheel only unless it come with forks.
* Ideally not expensive at all, but curiously will consider anything.

Local to Manchester would be a bonus.
