Reynolds 753 187mm steerer but thread damaged could be cut down for a/head poss.£15.

Vitus French thread 183mm steerer 27mm thread chrome crown.£15.

Casati 1" ahead 223mm steerer.

Whats the thread damage?

Somebody has run them with a loose headset and it has worn the thread away it might be ok if you aren't locking on that area.My pics aren't good enough to show it.jm.
