Sorted 1" Controltech quill stem (or similar)

I'm looking for a 1" quill stem for a 1996 build. Would ideally like a Controltech in black (later model without noodle) but would definitely consider other options and colours. Ideally low rise, ~130mm reach and in good nick. Hopefully someone can help. Cheers!
