Awful color, but you can respray/polish. 120mm if I remember right.

I’ve got this OE stem from a 1993 Cannondale M1000, it’s nothing special and it’s pretty scuffed up, but it’s 100mm long and has a pretty low rise.

I don’t know if you need something super fancy or just something to get you on the trails.
