Now THAT is nice! How do you know it's Colombus and I can't quite tell but is the down tube triangular shaped on the top part like some Bianchi frames?

I was told about the material by its seller who bought it from Italy. I also have some similar frames which has this trapezoid-shape downtube and are made of high-end Columbus steel. I doubt any other steel maker could have competed with them weight-wise back then anyway.

That shaped down tube is part of the Foco tube set and a distinguishing feature.
