Very reluctant sale
1994 Specialized FSR Stumpjumper with FSX carb/Ti forks
size = 16.5 inch (see sizing chart)
The 16.5, 18 and 19 inch all came with a 19 inch seattube, the size being governed by the placement of the toptube to seattube but more importantly the length of the top tube.
It is for the FSR frame with headset (cane creek), seatpost (kalloy), seat (Spec Prolong Revolution), XT front mech, Fox Alps 4 shock and also the BETD long travel kit consisting of the Fox coil shock and linkage plates and shock bolt.
Frame is a bit scratched up but all threads linkages, bushes etc in good order
FSX Carbon/Ti forks - very good condition
1994 Specialized catalogue
Not willing to split.
£240 plus postage at cost which would be around £12 insured.

i am not going to buy the frame just because i want the fork :(

I ll give Jamie £50 for the frame and you can have the forks for £190 .

sizing

Size now listed with a size chart.
16.5 inches
May seperate but forks would only be sold once the frame goes, and yes they are worth more than the frame ;)

FSR

Still for sale :!:

I agree Mr K, its a great frame and dont often come up in the smaller size and with the long travel kit it makes it equivelent to an 18inch height wise as it raises it a good couple of inches.

I am tempted for my young boy who is already about 1.65 m at 13 years old. ;)
Do you believe it could be ok?
the frame is steel ? what sort of tubing ? about how heavy in full setup ?

the frame is for a 65mm fork ? or more ?
what sort of fork is it ? in terms of technology ?
( I am am a total ignorant in suspended forks  )
what is the pivot length ? it is not threaded ?

You mention long travel kit makes it a bit bigger ? ( 18 inches ?)
but looking at the pictures, it looks like the spring setup raises the height compared to the fox setup ? or is the spring also a fox ? ;)

thanks
