I bought this one on Ebay a couple of months ago - Yep, this is quite a quick build for me!

It was falsely advertised as a "fully useable and checked over" bike, but at £100 + £20 postage was a bargin! :D

The faults included >>>

One side of the Mag 20s blown
Rear elastomers like plastic
Seat post wrong size by about 1mm
Right hand sti shifter not working
Front brake cable frayed, on verge of breaking

Re:

and here it is now >>>

... a bit of purple, rear elastomers from Land Rover, Mag 21s instead of 20s, seat post that fits and the girls seat is gone!

Hopefully I'll get the cables done this week.

Fettled my 862 tonight, impressed with the ride, the travel isn't quite what I expected but love the ride and handling.

May paint my Indys to look standard like yours

Mmmm, or how about a silver / black colour scheme to match the rear end? I think the lighter coloured Mag 21s look better on mine then the original gold Mag 20s.

HI, I have the same exact bike, and my rear suspension is frozen, can someone help me get it fix ? how shall I proceed and what part shall I need?

Thank you

Re:

I bought some Land Rover bump stops from ebay and some nylon washers. Cheap as chips and worked reasonably well considering they weren't proper elastomers

Yeah , what Longun said. I Don't know the part number. I just went to the Land Rover garage and said what have you got that looks like one of these. I think they were about 60p each.

Do you by anychance have a picture of the part? Also can you let me know how you disassemble this part form the bike?

I have tried to take the 2 bottom screw form the forks and pull the fork down with no success is there another screw? or I shall pull harder?

Ok, I have just open it completely and from what I am seeing the suspension travel is only working with the spring and it seems that my spring is way too hard.. do you know a place where I can buy another spring like your yellow one?
