:: Sunday 6th January
Peddleabikeaway Winter Wobbler - Royal Forest of Dean ~ Organised by West Midlands Area group
A nice relaxed ride exploring some mighty fine single track, approx 20K, route can be extended or shorted to suit riders.

:: Saturday 19th January
Marple and Lyme Park ~ Organised by North West Area group
A ride which takes in the Lyme Park and Mellor Moor. Well drained tracks and trails mean that this ride is still good in winter.
There will be a cafe or pub stop somewhere along the way.

:: Saturday 26th January
Ravenscar Railway ride ~ Organised by NE, N & W Yorks Area group
A nice gentle ride starting just North of Scarborough and following the disused railway line to Robin Hoods Bay for some fish & chips and a pint then a leisurely ride back.



:: Saturday 9th February
Loch Ordie - Dunkeld ~ Organised by MacRetro
A nice relaxed ride, route is varied depending on amount of snow or ice, approx 20K, finish with a visit to the Taybank bar for banter,a pint and stovies.

:: Sunday 17th February
Withernsea to Spurn Point ~ Organised by Lincolnshire, East & South Yorkshire Area group
A long but flat and gentle ride on quiet lanes, bridleways and a disused railway. Cafe's on route. If you have never been to Spurn this is well worth the trip.

:: Sunday 17th February
Gisburn Forest ~ Organised by North West Area group
Great trails in the Forest of Bowland.

:: Saturday 23rd February
Rd 1: Gospel Pass Ride ~ Organised by EdEdwards
First round of the RetroRoadRide series taking in the highest road pass in Wales.



:: Saturday 16th March
Temple Newsam - revisited ~ Organised by North East, North and West Yorkshire Area group
A gentle and sociable off road tour around Temple Newsam House in Leeds. Taking in bridleways, woodland, and canal tow-paths.

:: Sunday 17th March
The Cotswold Spring Classic road ride ~ Organised by West Midlands Area group
Starting in Stow on the Wold this will be a sociable blast through the Cotswolds following B roads & quiet lanes.

:: Saturday 23rd March
Rd 1: Lake District ~ Organised by North West Area Group
First round of the Retrobike National MTB Event Series series exploring a great route around Coniston and Grizedale.

:: Sunday 31st March
Bi-Annual Time Shift Arundel Loop ~ Organised by South East Area group
This one of the jewels in the crown of the the south east events. It'll make you or break you...



:: Sunday 14th April
Longun's Scunthorpe Circular ~ Organised by Lincs, E & S Yorks Area group
A fairly long but easy ride with some lovely views over the Humber Estuary. Lunch stop at lovely rural tea room and an optional pub stop if required.

:: Sunday 21st April
Kaya's Kildale cake run ~ Organised by NE, N & W Yorks Area group
A nice ride to the cake shop, taking in some of the best trails/vistas and cake in the area.

:: Sunday 28th April
Rd 2: Long Mynd ~ Organised by East and West Midlands Area Groups
Spectacular scenery and a brilliant route on the Welsh borders.



:: Sunday 5th May
Rd 2: Peak District Road Ride ~ Organised by drystonepaul
The second round of the Retrobike RetroRoadRide Series takes in the high moors and quiet dales of the Peak District.

:: Saturday 11th May
Harewood House - Wetherby/Leeds ~ Organised by NE, N & W Yorks Area group
Double track, bridleway, and various country tracks around the Harewood Hall estate.

:: Sunday 12th May
Forest of Dean Scrap Yard Challenge ~ Organised by West Midlands Area group
£25 ebay buy challenge then put to the test round V trail before point scoring concours then off to charity

:: 25th and 26th May
Rd 3: Aviemore - Scotland ~ Organised by MacRetro Area Group
The clan MacRetro are promising an epic adventure for this one.
The main ride will take place on Saturday with a shorter ride planned for Sunday.



:: Saturday 8th June
Rd 3: Brewery Ride - Warwickshire ~ Organised by Grumpycommuter
A ride which starts and finishes at the superb Church End Brewery. Probably a good idea to plan to stay the night for this one.

:: Weekend of 14th, 15th, 16th June
Mountain Mayhem ~ Gatcombe Park

:: Sunday 23rd June
Yorvik Adventure - York ~ Organised by NE, N & W Yorks Area group
Easy day in the saddle to take in the historic city of York via Sustrans,

:: Weekend of 28th, 29th, 30th June
Fat Tyre Festival ~ Fort William



:: Saturday 6th July
Rd 4: Herefordshire Grimpeurs Special ~ Organised by EdEdwards
Expect a bit of climbing on the same day as a mountain top stage finish in the TdF.

:: Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July - (main ride on Sunday)
Rd 4: North York Moors ~ Organised by North East, North and West Yorkshire Area Group
The finest trails and hospitality that Yorkshire has to offer.



:: Sunday 11th August
Last of the Summer Wine - Holmfirth ~ Organised by NWA and NEN&WY area groups
Single track, double track and quiet country lanes.

:: Sunday 18th August
Rd 5: Surrey Hills/South East ~ Organised by South East Area Group
Expect another top drawer route from a great area to ride in.

:: Saturday 24th August
Rd 5: Four Abbeys Road Ride - Scottish Borders ~ Organised by velomaniac
Spectacular views on a route which takes in the four historic Abbeys at Kelso, Jedburgh, Melrose and Dryburgh.



:: Sunday 1st September
Escape From Doncatraz ~ Organised by Lincs, E & S Yorks Area group
Travelling predominantly via the Trans Pennine Trail this is a nice steady ride which will not be overly taxing for the average rider. Be prepared for some technical downhill sections in the last quarter of the ride.

:: Saturday 14th September
Rd 6: Peak District ~ Organised by North West and East Midlands Area Groups
The classic Retrobike ride returns for it's sixth consecutive year.

:: Sunday 15th September
Thetford ~ Organised by Anglian Area group
The trails at Thetford Forest are generally very good this time of year and the trails only become sticky after days of heavy rain.

:: Saturday 21st September
Rd 6: Lake District Passes Ride ~ Organised by drystonepaul
A challenging route which will climb and descend some of Lakelands infamous mountain passes.

:: Sunday 22nd September
Coniston and Grizedale - Lake District ~ Organised by North West Area group
Re-visiting a great route around Coniston and Grizedale. The same route as the Retrobike Lake District National ride which was cancelled earlier in the year.



:: Saturday 12th October
Rd 7: Forest of Dean ~ Organised by West Midlands Area Group
A great ride taking in sections of the popular FoD.

:: Saturday 19th October
Settle to Malham - Yorkshire Dales ~ Organised by NWA and NEN&WY area groups
A classic route in a truly beautiful part of the country. See thi up on't moors!



:: Saturday 2nd November
Rd 7: Cotswolds Road Ride ~ Organised by daj
Dave's special route in an area of outstanding natural beauty.



:: Sunday 1st December
The 31st Cleland Birthday ride also known as the 'Wendover Bash' ~ Organised by GrahamJohnWallace
Once again these prehistoric off-road bicycles will be heading to the woods, in search of real mud, and tea shops.

Cannock Turkey Twizzler ~ probably quite disorganised
The annual Retrobike Christmas ride, complete with mince pies, fine ales and prizes.
