Having wished I could have kept my previous one - sold to fund other projects  - I couldn't resist this one on ebay :) - 2am bid ;)

So after a bit of a trek into Wales (almost) I acquired the bike below from a very nice chap called Jeff - cheers :)

Got it stripped down today, but can't get the BB out

Now to start planning and finding/buying parts :)

Cheers

That looks very nice, what parts have you got planned for it?

Thinking of a primarily American parts mix I reckon.

Booking in for updates, this is going to be very nice.

I hope so :?

Should be. And the bits on it now which you are getting rid of are of sufficent quality to fund the replacements that will do it justice.

Have faith man

Threads have cleaned up nicely though :)

There's a bit of sticky residue to clean off from frame protectors ....

And the decals aren't too bad considering age and use ;)

DBRStuff017.jpg

But otherwise the frame is in very nice condition :D

Hardly a mark on the chain-stay :)

Now need to sell-off the parts to fund-raise for the 'new' parts ;)
