Anyone know anything MRB bikes? Or Keith Rylance?

I've stumbled across the bike below and wondered if anyone knew anything about the maker? I've done the usual searching and found precisely nothing. Looks like a nice frame, nice stem eh? I'll be interested to see what the scribble beside the flag says.

Any info gladly received.

EDIT:

OK, got the frame, the text beside the flag says:

Designed and Engineered in UK by Keith Rylance

I've never heard of him and a search returns nothing of use.

It's got a 1" head tube and rear U brake so I assume it's pretty old?

I'm torn between thinking it's a bit cheapo and a bit special.

The forks and stem are pretty basic.

Any info anyone?

Re:

sShokwave in notingham sold them for a while..definately in the special rather than cheap category. Great bikes and almost indestructible. Friend used one for trials riding for years.

Yours looks like new!

I do remember an article in a mag somewhere with one of these ... maybe that frame in it
