Just to stir things up a bit - I used Flites for 15 years or so, but couldn't get on with a Gobi I used on a demo bike. Didn't like the rolled off corners on the back end
I don't understand it either but the supplier (Merlin) say a flight Ti won't fit the latest deus seat post due to the style of mount???
I'm going up next week to collect the bike so I'm hoping all will become clear.
I've been a flight user and still will be on the old bike for the past 18 yrs so finding another brand to replace it is going to be trial and error.
I'm hoping the Gobi will fit the bill but I guess only time will tell as I don't know where else to start.
