London town - Swinley Adventures

Ooof, what a day!

After cleaning off the bike I sussed out the duff bits on the drive train and have ordered:

XT M752 22T inner chainring £13.48 (SJS cycles)
XT M752 32T middle chainring £21.99 (ChainReactionCycles)
XTR 9 speed chain £21.99 (ChainReactionCycles)
2 x Aztec V-brake pads £7.98 (eBay)

£65.44

That was a bloody expensive ride

Sorry to KeepItSteel for losing you, next time we'll stick together!

Im down at least a set of rear pads, probably front too, so at least £25 for me...
Also need a middle ring.

No bother about getting split up, I still had a blast..especially when flying over my handlebars into that lovely sandy (but soft!) soil!.

Hey gents.

First post in a month almost.

House move to bucks has been a bl@@dy nightmare but exchanged today!

We move a week Friday and then I'll be back in the zone and the bikes'll be out of the shed.

Let me know when the next swinley ride is.

Well done, so you're now a resident Gerrads Cross then?
Sorry it wasn't a smooth one :( .
Don't know how much snow you got there, but less than "opp 'ere" I'm guessing!

Daybreak!

The earlier the better really I could do as early as 8am...... a couple of hours riding would be good, I need to get the Dire Mountain out of storage and see just how useless it will be at Mountain Mayhem.
