very good work, I'm refurbing a 1976 Raleigh right now!

i'd like to see that

It might not even be a Raleigh but was certainly made in their factory!

Here it is as bought - with bent forks

now, as it looked today before I took it for a respray (with 1984 Sun behind it) it's going to be ivory with burgundy lugs, gold NOS Raleigh downtube decals... I have some NOS chrome forks sorted...

... and a rear mech from this very poorly '70s Raleigh (sadly some of this had to be chucked as beyond repair, the frame is going to be a wall hanger!)

Good to see an old Olympus from 76. I had one of those then, it cost £61.00 and I remember riding it home from the shop pleased as punch.

yeah i will, i didn't realise it was a dynamo bracket, i thought it was for those huge old ever-ready d cell lights

i think i fancy some dynamos for it as well now
