:D

Not rideable yet, a few things to fettle and still waiting for my front wheel. Frame needs the BB threads chasing out and the headtube needs facing.

Future Cycles in Forest Row.

Finally got the front wheel situation resolved :D

Initially they had major difficulties with sourcing a replacement XM317 Disc rim so I told them that a XC717 Disc rim would b a fair compromise. Its a similar profile to the 317 and happens to be lighter which is an added bonus. Even after this they were sent the rim brake version of the 717! A new rim was ordered again...

So, after several weeks of disappointment I finally got my wheel back on Thursday. I got a rim upgrade at no extra cost plus they did the assembly FOC. All I had to pay was the £16 for the spokes they used. I have to say they have been really great and more than made up for the situation in the way the compensated me. And Peter who runs the shop is a fantastic bloke. Really passionate about anything pedal driven. Thanks to all at Future Cycles.

:)
