Or get a 30mm and use a bit of coke can, or be really classy and use a jubilee clip (although that may limit the quick release potential a bit). Suppose we should remember it is a Sunn bike and like all things French it has to be a little different!

Well if you have to buy one of those Kleins that needs a seat post clamp then it's your own fault that you have to source a bizarre clamp, my concept of a proper Klein doesn't need one (and as for the idea of buying a road bike, well.....):
