I have a Rockhopper and it always attracts attention. Agree with the consensus - flat stem and a sexy saddle! Some co-ordinated bars and also co-ordinate colour of seatpost with stem.
Do a good clean up job on the paintwork - (I nick the OH's autoglym) and replace consumables, cables, brake pads etc, as needed.
