The Vicious that found it's way home! (Previously: got away)

sweet looking bike, very clean :) I have those same cranks, i love them, they're really light!

I'd really like to get a nice SS build now...

also, something that's been bugging me, do all americans have their brake levers on the wrong sides or is it just personal preference? ;)

All americans do it.

And many ex - bmx ers.

Just remember it when you borrow a bike in america.

(go for a big skid. result. spectacular endo).

Really like the look of that, phat tyres too.

Why do they fit an eccentic BB thing instead of horizontal dropouts??

 I thought this was the right way, ha!

Though it's always fun to see spectacular endos ;)

Vicious makes these ss frames with a choice of the eccentric BB or the horizontal/track dropouts. This one happens to have the EBB, perhaps because of the rear disc brakes. I believe EBBs to work best with a rear disc brake since it eliminates the need for an adjustable rear brake mount, though there are a couple track/horizontal ss rear disc brake setups that work well; I had a kona unit with a rear disc brake that was seated on an adjustable mount with the track dropout. The canti/v-brake versions of this frame have the horizontal/track dropout, so perhaps that's the reasoning for the ebb.
