Just to remind everybody , Hilts and I are going there on the 25/02 to do a recco ride . any locals welcome to join us .

Thing is I need to book up some accommodation for the night [as might a few others travelling down from The Midlands/North] so kinda need to have a decision on whether to stay in Dorking or Westcott..
If Dorking is quite big, might be better to stay in Westcott? Safer for bikes etc.? Then walk into Dorking for a night out? Or just hit a local Westcott pub?

In my mind meeting was on the sunday , so wanted to stay before the ride . 
but the idea of a few beers afterwards sounds good to me .
I have one more interested in overnight stay .
