Does anyone know where i can get info on stripping my forks down im looking at getting them re-powder coated and i am unsure on the disassembly for MTB forks, will the oil be the same as motorbike forks? Or a thinner consistency? Any help would be greatly appreciated or links to sites etc, Thanks in advance

I'd try windwave (they're the marzocchi importers) as well before you start pulling them apart - I followed the manual for the forks on my modern bike to set them up. After following everything to the letter, went for a ride and the forks were all wrong - emailed windwave and they told me to ignore the manual and sent me their own settings for the forks which were spot on!

Italians - gawd bless 'em and their crazy engineering ways!!!
