My 1982 Keith Coppell touring bike - help me restore it...

I built up a bike on a KC frame back in the early eighties. I fancy restoring it but haven't got the time to do it myself. Can you recommend a suitable LBS in Liverpool, north Wales or Slough that can do the work for me?

I am Keith Coppell's daughter, are you the original owner of the bike? Sorry i'm just looking for information to maybe make a database of what dad built and who he built them for.
