Yeah I saw this too...never seen one before...was wondering if it might be a euro palisades that has had a bit of "custom" paint work and sticker application! Bit of a shocker to look at!

Rear triangle and front forks say road bike to me. Don't think it's a Marin either way.

I know what you mean but personally never seen a road bike with canti/V mounts and a rear canti cable stop :?
