Great little bikes, pretty sure it’s a 16” though the 14s are 12” c-c and the toptube/seat stays are almost in a straight line. Looking for one for my niece at the moment if anyone sees anything

My daughters 1998 cinder cone only has one set of bottle mounts so I'm thinking it's a 16" as above

It does say 41cm in the ebay listing, so you're spot on, 16". I always liked the green lava dome, one of the best looking in my opinion.
