What was the other Zolatone bike brand?

This has been nagging at me for a while, there was another brand that used a matt Zolatone/neon bar/stem/fork paint scheme in the early 1990s. I remember doing side by side comparison with my 1990 bear valley and the frames were near identical with perhaps some cable routing differences.

The two I remember seeing were both the darker grey Zolatone, one with yellow components and one with green (much like the Zolatone Muirwoods). Parts spec was no better than 300LX IIRC.

Can anyone put a name or picture to these bikes?

Doesn't sound unfeasible, Google's throwing a blank though, can't search "Fusion mountain bike" without getting a zillion Rocky Mountain hits.

It was fusion, a UK brand (Taiwanese built no-doubt). I remember MBUK tested the green one in an old issue 1991 maybe.
I cant imagine there is much on the internet about them tbh.

That's them! I mainly remember the "Designed in Great Britain" decal.

Mind set at ease.

I can forget about them forever now!
