I have a Stalk Lite somewhere, though no wedge or bolt. Don't think they had the hanger on them either.

While I normally recommend Gil, you could try boy"O"boy as well.

I raced one of them bitd.......I still love the gloriously over the top overdone rear end.......in fact, seeing yours has given me the itch again!.....

Could you not find a canti hanger to fit in with the headset? then you'd not need a stem with a noodle etc... not sure how easy/hard they would be to find in 1" 1/4 size though.
What about a cable hanger mounted on the handlebar clamp bolt?

Or one of these things...

You can clamp a 1-1/8" canti hanger to the actual step if you get the bolt down type.

What length is the stalk lite?
Could you pm me some info and pics?
I have got quill bolt and 11/4" wedge in my toolbox!

I'll dig it out but it'll be silver. doubt it has decals. not sure if it needs the cap the bolt sits in and length/rise is probably around zero 130. it came off an alu-o.
off on a BMBO in Cropton tomorrow so might be sunday.
