PLEASE READ - Norris Lockley Contact Details

More likely that someone who has Norris as a contact has been hacked.

Not if "Norris" responded to the email. The OP "asked how much 'Norris' needed; he asked for £400, to be sent to :", meaning the scammer has access to Norris' email account. This happened to a friend of mine while on her honeymoon, she presumably forgot to log out of her hotmail account while at an internet cafe - several of us got emails like this. Fortunately we were all suspicious because she was nowhere near the place the scam email claimed she was, although a few of us decided to play with the scammer... 'I don't use Western Union but I've wired the money to the British Embassy at {address}, they're holding it for you; the password is the name of our primary school', etc. That was fun to watch the scammer get increasingly desperate and less believable!
