run the lkool stop pads I've got to see if there better
Rebuild and grease it all up
New Teflon coated cables
Use my odyssey levers instead of these dia comp ones

Would like a 34-11 cassette then the 32 that's on there
Stickers
Bars - love the carbon eastons that pop up on here
Run my other/get new lizardskin grips
Some cheap bits to save weight
Dmr terror pins for my v8s

Skewers? - plant-x do cheap road ti/carbon ones - 20 quid
Easton carbon bars - 25 quid
Jockey wheels - 15/20 quid

In need of some advice - I've got minion 60a 2.5" tyres on now, but should I run the high roller 2.35 60a, or 2.5/2.35 42a. I ride hard trails out in the peaks, but obviously being rigid means you can't push on the same downhill so will the high rollers roll faster/be easier?

Going to polish it up tomorrow and want to run 2x9 with a chain tensioner. (MetaMatt convincing me things again!!!!!!)

to do list now stands at -

speak to Gil_m about some decals
blue lizardskin instead of the red one
make sure the bikes set up well in this guise
see how 2x9 feels, then either put on the 3rd ring or buy a chain tensioner
still sort out the bars situation
properly weigh it
choose tyres
polish up seatpost
light weight skewers and jockey wheels, and a blue dmr pimp my pedals kit
ride & get nice pictures

Decided not to bother with risers, wana keep this looking ol skool with flats, Ritchey sell some lovely polished, 680mm item that'll be perfect, if they wer silver, but shoul look sweet

Need help please guys, want some bars, flat, 680mm about 10 degree back sweep, 1" clamp in silver or chrome. I'm really struggling to find any

Loving the 2x9 set up, with my make shift chain tenssioner (as seen in the back of mbr)

Whole bikes wicked, just needs bars I think to make it feel better

Maybe get some narrower high rollers but duno how that'd effect it, if it'd loose me grip, but do I need all that grip, decision decisions...........

Did you go for the single-ply or the dual Maxxis? Just wondering if the extra expense is worth it - or if it will just make it heavier/slower.

Your mate should change the parts on his bear valley to a modern frame. Nice kit (Fox forks etc) but must handle terribly on that 1992 (?) frame?
