Commute between my home and work and GF's house...change of clothes, bottles of wine, waterproofs, tools, adult toys etc etc. The usual stuff.
 
get an Ortleib pannier or two! So good, huge, waterproof, light... I don't know why I bothered with crappy panniers in the past (apart from the fact that I was poorer then :LOL:
