My first Restoration - Clockwork - Finished Pg4!!

Vey nice build. I like the combination of the dark/black frame and the golden rims. And the Logic cranks allso makes it look very retro - with it bigish rings and rather thin crank arms! Congrats on the build!

Coming along brilliantly, Paul

I think the rims and the amberwalls look ace together and with a fresh powdercoat they will stand out even more. If you're keeping a silver seatpost I'd also deffo go with a silver stem & bars if it were mine ;)

:D

GOOD JOB MATE, WELL DONE, YOU MUST BE PLEASED...?........

Well, I had meant to strip this back down and do the powder coating but i've been enjoying it too much. However, I've just won these RC35's on the bay and bought this stem. Not sure if the stem will look right but it will get me rolling.

The alternative is to swap the steerer for a threaded one....

Whilst it's apart it will get powder coated!

Finally finished and back together. Very happy with the way it's turned out. Need to do something with the headset to tidy it up but I probably will leave it for a while.

I'll take some better pics in better light.

Had the brake levers and stem powder coated as well and Tim sorted me with a threaded steerer so I didn't use the controltech one.

Thanks to Tim (justbackdated) for sorting all the fork bits to for me and Gil for the stickers.

Right whats next!!!
