Bought the frame off ebay for just 99p

I wanted to respray it in a nice retro paint job so decided to go for the famous Belgium rally car colours - Belga red and white- with the same typeface the team used on the car.

middleburn cranks and 34t ring
dmr tension seeker
16t dmr single speed ring

Nice work. How do you know it's a 96 Kili Comp though?
Just looked at the close up pics of the frame and indeed it looks like it is a kili.
I think I can see a ribbed downtube suggesting tange ultimate ultrastrong?
It looks like a 93 or maybe 94 kili xtr frame:
