Do you recognise this maker mark?

Hi all,

I've got a pair of forks but they don't have any identifying decals so I am unable to tell who they are made by.

They do, however, have what I presume is a makers marks and some other info stamped in to the steerer tube.

I was wondering if anyone recognises it?

Hi-Ten as a fork / frame material does not suggest a high quality product.

almost certainly Taiwanese made... but beyond that :?:

I think that is probably Chen sheng (chinese?) made bike and motobike parts. not to be confused with long shen (Chen logn shen as they used to be). they also used to make lugs.

Not high end but normally well made and servicable.

Concur that the forks are not truly top end and more of a functional item but just trying to get the whole picture!
