Nice work in the Dauphine. I don't think he has the oomph to overcome Contador or Schlek in the Tour, but should be a good battle! Could be his last chance too I reckon.

Aye, given Contador's form in the Giro, it'll be a hard task. Realistic podium, though, and Andy Schlek's showing in the california and the stage just finished of the suisse, I have to say, isn't looking too sexxay. :p
TDF is a bloody long race, though, so plenty can happen. There'll be the Invisble Menchov to factor in as well.

A great win indeed, and only the third Brit to do so. A well-timed win, too, marking the 50th anniversary of Brian Robinson getting Britain's first Dauphine victory in fine style.
