I acquired this about 2 years back off of craigslist from the Boston area. I have changed very little since the bike was purchased. I thought it was time I final post some photos.

Frame: 1993 Merlin
Fork: Manitou 2

Headset: Threaded King No logo
Stem: Ringle Zooka
Handlebar: Merlin Ti

Brakes: Pauls Stoplights and moon units
Shifters, Brake Levers: Shimano XTR M900

Front Derailleur: Shimano XTR M900 w/Ti bolts
Rear Derailleur: Shimano XTR M900 w/Ti bolts
Cables: Gore Ride on
Cassette: Shimano XTR M900
Cranks: Shimano XTR M900 w/Ti bolts
Bottle cages: Ringle H2O
Bottom Bracket: Merlin Grease Guard
Pedals: Shimano XT

Skewers: Ringle Ti Stix
Rims: Mavic
Hubs: Ringle front, Shimano XTR M900 rear
Tires: Specialized Umma Gumma Cannibal black sidewall

Saddle: Flite Ti

That is really nice, I love those brakes.
Personaly I think the bottle cages are to much, but I don't like them in general.

Wow that bring's back some memories for me. My Merlin used to look like that... minus the Ringle water bottle cages and plus a set of Topline 3DV cranks.
