I was T-cutting my Blur earlier and the colour was transferred onto the rag, I was working it in and then the rag was red?! Then when you touch the rag the paint is still tacky, is this the T-Cut or the actual Paint? Then there is so obvious colour change either. I have tried doing it on the Toptube, seat stays, BB Shell so it isn't a quick repair bodge but does anyone know what is happening? I could do pics in a sort of Story Board if it helps.
