perhaps tiz time to tone your level of riding aggression down a notch, or two (so you don't keep on breaking your bones so often) ... ?

Yeah, I´ve hardly ridden in two years so with a good front brake I feel a lot safer riding again.
I´ll venture in to road riding in the future, more long distance probably.
