Picked this bike up a couple days ago. Nice bonded frame. Aluminium lugs and tubing (Alcoa) in front triangle, steel tail. The orange is neon orange. Pace RC35 K forks.

Nice, loved the Techniums. Don't think I remember that colour though

In the catalogs and ads the orange looked redish, but in reality it is neon orange :) Maybe that is why.

My new Heat is in nice shape, but the Technium Instinct under the Velobase link was absolutely mint. I will be rebuilding the Heat with my own specs. Probably DX/XT and bling boutique parts from the early nineties. I plan to replace the Pace with a RondWP Hydro Pro, as the elastomers in the Pace are too firm to my taste.
