My favorite mtb is an old Kona Nunu that I bought used about ten years ago. I'd like to upgrade, perhaps to a Kula, but haven't kept up with the model changes. My Nunu is 18", but 15" to center of top tube.
I'm now eyeing a 2006 Kula Primo 18" that the owner says is 17" to top tube, which would be too large for me. How do I determine my correct size without seeing the bike? Is it possible that the Primo BB is two inches lower than my Nunu?
I'd also appreciate any recommendations that would point me to a good hardtail.
( I also own a Pinarello, probably a bit over 35 years old)
