I know how you feel, I lost the restoration thread for my midget, 30 odd pages over 3 years.
Still a frame like that will be worth the effort of a fresh one.

I don't think you mentioned it - if you did I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking of the build when I got the frame anyway.

I would be interested for sure. :-D

cool.

i'll keep the boxed ones i think but i'll let the used ones go.
i've got 2 pairs of NOS sandpaper grips too.
not sure if they're the right colour for the red build though.
you might have to hold out for some red ones.

i can photocopy the instructions from the good set too....

What size DX seat post do you need?

Looking like it'll be a nice build - like the rock ring! Good find - can't be many of those still around in good nick!

Yeah it's not really been used - very generously offered to me by a fellow RB'er.

Seatpost - it came with an unbranded Syncros 2 bolt style as standard in a 30.4mm size - already sorted thanks. :-)

The brake levers arrived today.

The spec list in the catalogue doesn't say if they are 2 finger or 4 finger. I think they may have been 4 finger when teamed with the Gripshift.

Anyway, 4 finger are AWESOME.

Check them out!

 :D

Those levers would look perfect...with some thumbies
