Gorgeous frameset fella. 8) You staying with the original colour or going for something else?

Collected any parts for it yet?

Good luck with the build!

:D

My mate Doddy had a sweet one of these when we were only 17/18 - British Racing Green and had one of the first (and only one I've ever seen) Campagnolo Icarus groupset in the UK on it.

Don't know what happened to it (or Doddy for that matter)

Thanks for all the feedback so far!

stevek: got a colour in mind and collected a few bits. I'll post some wanted ads for finishing touches but if, in the mean time anyone has a pair of Ritchey Z-max WCS tyres in red (yeah, right - Jez is buying them all!  ) I'll have 'em!

That's looking good! Glad you did a close up of the armadillo, too, as mine has come off and I need to get Gil_m to knock up another :D

Yay! another Fuquay can't wait to see the full build. Enjoy the Gumbo forks but I used to ride with a 2.35 Alpha Bite to cushion the ride or make up for my lack of finesse :)
