Ribble 753 in your size on eBay...£150 plus postage..ATM
Many Peugeot 753 frames gave chrome and apart from dropouts...Reynolds did not recommended chroming 753 tubes...I would rather have the Ribble which probably came Terry Dolan's workshop.

Regarding size...I asked the seller:
Seat tube ctc is 52cm, ctt is 54cm
Top tube ctc is 54cm.
Hope this helps...saved me from buying it!
