Reynolds 531c, 653 etc or Columbus - looking to send off for paint so surface rust or light scratches aren't a problem!
No mudguard eyelets
Front mech braze-on would be a bonus
130mm rear spacing
Looking to spend £50 or less - I know it's a tall order but i've missed a few cheapies on the forum in the past so I thought this post would be an ideal way to hopefully get something.
I'm in Oxford - postage would be appreciated or I can drive around 40 miles to collect if necessary.
