Hi,
I found an old pashley at the dump with broken front forks that I could bring back to life with a bit of effort..
It has 28" wheels at the moment but I don't see why I couldn't put smaller wheels on it? It had rod brakes too but those will go I think..
The important bit is the 250mm.. I am measuring this from the top of the threads to the bottom of the crown race, (ie I'm including 2mm for the crown race in)..
Thanks,
Matt
