Cheap frame for 27" wheels

Looking to build a commuter.
Something about 21"
Claud, Dawes, Carlton etc (not Raleigh because of the odd threading.)

Condition not a problem
I have all the parts excluding a seat post i.e 27" wheels, single chainset, Mafac Racers, bars stem.
 
I have a Carlton, not sure of the exact model, but it has crespera lugwork....it has been roughly painted in what appears to be white emulsion and is a shade of BRG underneath.....I'll get some photos if you are interested. It would be £45 collected. You can arrange your own courier if you want.
 
got a nice mid 50's Dunelt 531 frame set that has just been blasted and powder coated if remember its a 23" frame . pm me for more details
