Need an ID on this cannondale please

Just picked this up recently and would like to know more about it.
 
CAAD 3 would suggest around 1998 The frame looks to be an F200 or F400 based on the head tube.
The decals are throwing me off.

Cheers, I can find anything with the sameness decals in the old catalogues. Also I'd like to put a sus fork on this, what should I consider?
