As above. My honeybadger and chunky monkey combo are a bit overkill as Its drying out nicely. I have a beaver. Should I get another? Plus a pair of Maxxis aspens which seem a bit flimsy?
Thanks.

Re:

Mate of mine ran SB8's all year round without problem. I had a Specialized Purgatory 2.2 front, Ground Control 2.0 rear last year and that combo worked very well.

Anything remotely fast won't be particularly puncture proof.

SB8 rolls fast, but certainly isn't puncture proof, I usually find half a dozen or more sealed hours when I pop mine off to clean and top up the sealant. Which is incidentally why mine are very puncture proof.

Just had a look at the maxxis aspens in the shed. Don't inspire confidence flat wise but look the part re tread.

Great links, thanks.

Or run the aspens with slime tubes? Puncture guard etc seem heavy.
