Shimano id is 26 mm, truvative 24/26 mm. I dont know what the od is but would be less than that for bb30 hence it will be a struggle to fit a bb30 bearing or adapter that is larger than the hole you are trying to fit it into.

Depends on what model of crank and how the spindle is constructed / attached - might be able to swap the 68mm spindle for an 86mm one and use a Rotor BSA30 BB which fits an 68mm BSA threaded shell. You can't fit BB30 into standard BB shell as both are 68mm wide and there's simply no room for the bearings. FWIW Shimano spindle is 24mm OD and GXP is 24/22mm
