U-Turn Question

These 2 photos show my Reba U-Turns at their max and minimum extensions...Is this normal? When the forks are set at 85mm shouldn't they line up with the 85mm mark? And same with 115mm mark?

They never do that exactly, manufacturing tolerances...

Yeah thats normal if you're running equal pressure in both chambers. If you put more air in the negaitve chamber it will sit further into its travel and you will be able to get it to sit on the marks, that might not be the right thing to do in terms of performance though. Do some research on the Reba 60/60 or 60% rule, it's quite interesting. Basically it says to use 60% of the recommended (for your weight) pressure in the positive chamber and 60% of that pressure in the negative chamber.

Thanks for that link. I'm sure they used to sit on the black lines at 85 and 115mm but I shall stop worrying & maybe get 'em serviced anyway.
