Commuter lighting options

Hello

Sad to say, the nights are drawing in. Soon, it will be dark on my way home. Before I need them, I am in the market for some decent lights.

My commute is all off-road, 12 miles each way along muddy towpaths.

I have an LED dynamo light; I was thinking about building a dynamo wheel, possibly with some kind of drum or roller brake, and relying on that alone (I have quite a good LED dynamo light somewhere). But I think light output will be an ask for a 3w headlamp. It's very rooty in places, and coming off there is a 50% chance I will have to swim.

So, what's out there? I was thinking maybe something lightweight and fairly focussed to strap onto my helmet, with a more diffused light mounted to the bike (and possibly another spot on the handlebar). Cheap Ebay ones are fine, but I need reliability. I will spend up to £120ish.
